Terms of Sale
All items are sold at retail only. Sales venues include premier shows in New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC (subject to jury acceptance—check yearly schedule below), mail order/internet and by appointment at my studio. I offer a modest discount to professionals in the architectural/ interior design trade. Contact me for details. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Free Shipping
All prices include free UPS ground shipping within the continental US. I know I always find that shipping charges dampen my enthusiasm for internet sales. Hopefully, this will encourage customers to feel they will not face excessive charges for giving something a try. If there are returns or exchanges, you have the proper boxes and packing materials, and you only have to pay the actual shipping charges one way.
Return Policy
All purchases may be returned for a complete refund (excluding return shipping charges, if applicable) for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Guarantee
All work is guaranteed against defects without time limit (this assumes only that I am still working--which will not be forever). Work will be either repaired or replaced as the situation warrants. I provide a lot of disclosure when you buy. This helps define the terms of the warranty and keeps customer expectations realistic. Remember: No direct sunlight on the work. The failure rate consists of one re-glued collar out of hundreds of pieces.
